As a Senior Legal Strategist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with EU regulations and laws, including those related to e-commerce, data protection, consumer protection, and labor laws.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies that align with the company's business objectives, taking into account market trends and regulatory changes.
- Lead the development and review of contracts with suppliers, partners, customers, and employees, ensuring compliance with EU laws and protecting the company's interests.
- Oversee the management of intellectual property rights, ensuring proper registration and defense.
- Manage litigation risks by overseeing any disputes or legal challenges faced by the company.
- Advise on corporate governance practices, ensuring compliance with legal norms and best practices.
- Develop and lead legal training programs for other employees, focusing on data protection, employment laws, and other relevant topics.
- Mastery of EU law, particularly in relation to digital marketplaces.
- Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
