Are you a motivated researcher looking to contribute to a cutting-edge project in protein quality for health? We are seeking talented PhD candidates to join our FLOW consortium, a network of Dutch research groups in protein folding, aggregation, and degradation.
As a member of our team, you will be part of an interdisciplinary network of leading Dutch research groups, working together to uncover the molecular principles of protein quality control. Our research aims to discover, rebuild, and control the triaging of protein fate, with a focus on biochemical, biophysical, cell biological, computational, and genetic methods.
We offer a fully funded position for four years, with a working week of 38 hours and a gross monthly salary ranging between €2,770 in the first year to €3,539 in the fourth year. You will also receive 8% holiday pay, 8.3% year-end bonus, a pension scheme, partially paid parental leave, and flexible terms of employment.
Our consortium consists of 14 group leaders spread across 5 different cities in the Netherlands, representing a wide range of expertise. We value staff with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and identities, and strive to create a safe and inclusive environment.
