Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €3,500 - €5,000 per month, depending on your educational level and experience. You will also receive an internship allowance of €350 - €500 gross per month, based on 38 hours a week. If you work less, this amount will be prorated.

Job Description

As a HR Project Development Specialist, you will support the HR Project Management Office (PMO) in creating project plans, progress tracking, and evaluations for HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collating information for People Strategy reporting
  • Supporting People Strategy projects
  • Continuously improving and developing project management tools and processes
  • Supporting HR Policy house management
  • Coordinating internal HR activities and events
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current study towards a HR related qualification at a University in the Netherlands
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Data savvy and able to work effectively with Excel
