Position Overview

As a Six Sigma Black Belt, you will serve as a key driver of transformation, spearheading initiatives to improve processes and elevate quality standards throughout our organization. Your responsibilities will be varied and significant, including:

  • Utilizing Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques to boost process efficiency and eradicate intricate defects.
  • Delivering insights and evaluations to senior leadership regarding project progress, enhancements, and cost savings.
  • Facilitating cross-departmental teams to achieve substantial improvements.
  • Sharing best practices, Six Sigma methodologies, and tools with various teams across the organization.
Qualifications

To thrive in this position, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, ideally in Electrical Engineering, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
  • Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools, including Six Sigma, 5 Whys analysis, Kaizen, FMEA, and Ishikawa diagrams.
  • A solid understanding of structured product development processes.
  • The capability to learn and apply new methodologies and techniques to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • A commitment to continuous personal and professional growth, with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.
