Company Overview
RIFT Development B.V. is an innovative start-up focused on research and development, currently managing two pilot facilities. As we gear up for our next phase of expansion, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Operations Officer (COO) to play a crucial role in our operational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
In the capacity of COO, you will be instrumental in defining the operational landscape of RIFT. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and enhancing essential operational sectors such as project management, engineering, and procurement.
- Establishing efficient processes and frameworks for health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Leading the development and management of diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Working closely with executive leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in operational scaling and team development, preferably in the engineering or process industry.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing processes that drive efficiency across various teams.
- Experience with quality management systems tailored for commercial applications.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, facilitating effective communication across teams and with stakeholders.
- A strong focus on team building and development, creating an environment where individuals can thrive.
- A proactive approach to challenges, with a track record of achieving ambitious goals.
