Job Overview

The Site Operations Manager will oversee the operational and commercial activities of the Amsterdam site for the Fuels division in the Netherlands. The primary focus is to manage existing and new client relations in Amsterdam, optimize the P&L in Amsterdam, and deliver high-quality services to clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Keep functional overview of the Amsterdam site and stimulate co-operation between employees on all sites.
  • Manage and optimize the P&L for the Amsterdam site and related services.
  • Improve growth of the location Amsterdam in the industry business.
  • As part of the Fuels NL management team, work closely together with other management team members to stimulate co-operation between sites and improve service delivery.
  • Evaluate and maintain customer satisfaction in Amsterdam, taking action with relevant stakeholders when needed.

Requirements

  • Completed HBO level in Business Administration or similar field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience, including at least 3 years in managerial positions (functional as well as hierarchical).
  • Thorough knowledge and experience related to BV Fuels business.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English language in writing and speech.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.

Our Offer

• A competitive salary that matches responsibilities and experience: €75,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on qualifications.

• Holiday allowance of 8% of gross annual salary.
