Key Responsibilities- HR Cycle: Support the Global HR Functions team in the performance management cycle and process, including performance management, talent management, recruitment, engagement survey, and strategic workforce planning.
- HR Advice: Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance on topics such as absenteeism and performance management.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Use data to analyze, report on, and cascade data-driven decisions.
- HR Policies & Practices: Coordinate and implement HR policies and practices, and initiate continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR initiatives and projects, including engagement, capability building, and leadership development.
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or Administration.
- +3 years of previous experience in a similar role working in an international business environment.
- Able to build strong relationships and act as a business partner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates agility, flexibility, and resilience.
- Well-organized and efficient.
- Experience in Dutch Labour Legislation.
