About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to join our Global Marketing team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in executing our growth strategy and driving business development in new energy technologies and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute segment strategies to drive growth in existing and new business areas, including emergent green technologies such as Power-to-X and energy storage.
  • Analyze markets, assess their attractiveness, and provide recommendations on the development of new products and solutions.
  • Work closely with Product Development to drive the commercial side of projects and assess potential partnerships.
  • Create sales collateral and work with regional sales teams to develop and penetrate new markets.
Requirements
  • M.Sc. in engineering or business, ideally supplemented with an MBA.
  • Several years of experience in commercial roles from an international company, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
  • Experience from the process industry is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. Technical curiosity is essential.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • An international mindset and an interest in traveling up to 20% (mostly EU and NA).
