Network Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Manager to join our team at ABN AMRO Clearing Bank. As a key player in financial markets driven by IT solutions, we are looking for someone who can manage relationships with international service providers and counterparties to guarantee the competitiveness, reliability, and quality of our clearing and custody services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with international providers and implement and maintain service level processes to ensure high-quality, competitively priced services.
- Identify and address risks at providers, maintaining an overview of market developments, initiatives, and regulations.
- Make agreements with international providers and counterparties, managing formal documentation and analyzing the quality of providers through operational calls and performance evaluation meetings.
- Analyze new markets, products, and services based on opportunities and restrictions driven by business needs, leveraging our network to maximize revenues, minimize expenses, and rationalize risk.
- Act as a point of escalation and resolution towards service providers, being a problem solver in a fast-paced, international environment.
We are looking for someone with more than 5 years of proven experience in the Securities and Derivatives Clearing space, with a detailed knowledge of all asset classes and a strong understanding of international clearing and settlement practices, rules, and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills, with high work standards and attention to detail. Excellent stakeholder management knowledge, the ability to understand broader business issues, and great team player skills are also essential.
What We Offer- A gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- A benefit budget of 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits.
- Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
