As a Food and Beverage Professional at Moxy and Residence Inn, you will be part of a dynamic team that combines passion for customer service and culinary skills. In this role, you will provide excellent service in our F&B areas and showcase your kitchen talents by preparing simple yet delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Take, prepare, and serve orders varying from cocktails, coffees to dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to our hotel standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the fridges, dishes, and overall bar and restaurant furniture.
  • Collaborate with front office to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of English, Dutch is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and stress resistance.
  • Proactive attitude and team spirit.
  • Passion for hospitality and service.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
