Senior Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Software Improvement Group. As a key member of our Market Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through software quality assurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all customer processes, including onboarding, planning, training, and project management, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to improve software quality and driving adoption of our proprietary toolset and methodologies.
- Collaborate with the Market Team to develop and implement strategies for customer success, including training and development programs for CSMs.
- Ensure compliance with SIG's security policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of data protection and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the development of our CMS community, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Information Technology or Business Information Management.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in IT, with a strong background in software quality assurance and customer success.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and drive business growth.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbal and written.
