About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Software Improvement Group. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful long-term engagement of our clients with our Software Intelligence Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer processes, including onboarding, planning, training, and project management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at different business levels.
  • Guide clients in building their maturity in software quality assurance.
  • Identify skills and competencies needed for account delivery and expansion.
  • Train and develop other Customer Success Managers to improve their support and client relationship management skills.
  • Develop a vision for Customer Success Management moving forward in Software Improvement Group.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Information Technology or Business Information Management.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in IT, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a motivated team player.
  • Ability to spot commercial opportunities and develop strong narratives to deliver advice in line with customers' business goals.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, verbally and written.
