About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Software Improvement Group. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our software solutions by our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer processes, including onboarding, planning, training, and project management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and develop initiatives to address these opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our software solutions and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Information Technology or Business Information Management.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in IT, with a focus on customer success and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
