Senior Customer Success Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Software Improvement Group. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our software solutions by our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer processes, including onboarding, planning, training, and project management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Identify commercial opportunities and develop initiatives to improve long-term customer intimacy and organizational improvement.
- Guide clients in building their maturity in software quality assurance.
- Train and develop other Customer Success Managers to improve their support and client relationship management skills.
- Ensure SIG's security policies and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
- Master's degree, preferably in Business and IT.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in IT.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a motivated team player.
- Ability to spot commercial opportunities and develop initiatives to improve long-term customer intimacy and organizational improvement.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, verbal and written.
