Metyis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead key workstreams of client projects, working closely with senior clients and collaborating with a high degree of independence within your team.
- Apply knowledge of business and organizational principles to construct actionable insights, develop strategy, and create business cases.
- Ensure client expectations are met by delivering high-quality results, developing presentations, building relationships with clients, and providing status reports.
- Conduct analyses to define client needs, perform research activities, and formulate research hypotheses.
- Develop and implement advanced data analyses of client, competitor, and industry data.
- Guide and transfer knowledge to junior colleagues on problem-solving techniques, consulting best practices, and client relationship building.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience.
- Strong management and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders with different backgrounds and needs.
- Strong analytical skills and high capacity for conceptual thinking, demonstrated by high academic achievements.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
