The Manager Credit Control & Treasury is a key position within our Finance & Accounting organization, responsible for supporting sales activities through active credit management and minimizing credit loss. This role ensures the monitoring, planning, and management of cash flow and treasury activities to fund business activities in line with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support business lines with treasury activities, investments, and financing, and provide interest rate quotes.
- Develop and implement the company's credit policy to mitigate unnecessary risk.
- Evaluate prospects and ensure the quality and timeliness of credit reports.
- Analyze operational systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Financial studies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent English and preferably Dutch.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, flexibility, negotiation skills, and a hands-on/can-do mentality.
- Strong leadership qualities in people and processes.
- Accurate and service-minded attitude.
