Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Prodrive Technologies. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer relationship management with a focus on data-driven practices.
- Fluent in Dutch and English languages (other languages a plus).
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a customer service team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
