Process Automation Specialist

We are currently in search of a dedicated Process Automation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency of our operations by focusing on the automation of workflows within the Customer Service domain. The primary responsibility involves the creation, maintenance, and modification of automation scripts to streamline processes.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the digital transformation strategy for our back-office operations. This position will also involve identifying potential areas for automation and data-driven initiatives that can lead to significant cost reductions and improved financial outcomes.

This professional will concentrate on optimizing the following areas: (i) sales order processing and management; (ii) ensuring seamless integration and functionality of customer-facing platforms for our clients; and (iii) conducting business performance reporting, including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Customer Service department. With a strong focus on process improvement and automation, the Specialist will contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of a comprehensive data strategy and the ongoing enhancement of the data architecture for Customer Service processes;
  • Analyze operational workflows to identify optimization opportunities through automation;
  • Oversee the implementation and management of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that execute various business scripts;
  • Collaborate with IT to manage system updates and global data governance changes, assessing their impact on the team;
  • Conduct testing, deployment, and change management for automation scripts;
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of automation initiatives;
  • Represent the Customer Service team in discussions related to continuous improvement, digitalization, and innovation, providing insights on industry trends.

Tools Utilized:

Azure (including DevOps, Microsoft Fabric, Factory, and Power Platform);
Python;
SQL;
UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar tools;
SAP ERP;
Microsoft Excel;
Salesforce experience is a plus;

Required Skills:

Proficient knowledge of automation and coding methodologies;
Strong problem-solving abilities;
Expertise in data management and governance;
Data analysis skills;
Process-oriented mindset;

Qualifications:

- Completed higher education or relevant professional training at a comparable level;
- Experience in programming and process automation, with knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes being advantageous;
- Solid understanding of data architecture and governance principles;
- Ability to connect processes, systems, and automation strategies effectively;
- Proficiency in English;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
