Business Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Automation Specialist to join our team at Braskem. The core activity of this role leans towards automating processes in our Customer Service workflows. As an important piece in improving the overall efficiency of the team, you will design and execute automations to simplify processes, increase accuracy, and improve the overall customer experience.

About the Role

The Business Automation Specialist will collaborate in the development of our digital transformation strategy for our back-office processes and operations. You will help identify opportunities to implement automation or data-driven projects that result in cost savings or financial captures in the teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of our data strategy and continuous improvement of our data architecture;
  • Analyze operations workflows to seek optimization through automation;
  • Implement and control robots/RPAs that run different scripts for the business;
  • Interface with IT on the management of systems and global data governance changes, software updates, and possible impacts in the team;
  • Test, deploy, and guide change management of executed automation scripts;
  • Analyze and report the performance of the automations;
  • Represent our team in agendas related to continuous improvement, digitalization, and innovation, bringing updates about trends within Braskem and outside of the company;

Requirements

  • Consistent knowledge on automation and coding techniques;

  • Data management and governance skills;
  • Data analysis skills;
  • Process orientation;
  • Technical and management knowledge, including higher vocational education or relevant professional training;
  • Experience in programming and automation of processes and workflows;
  • Solid understanding of data architecture and governance;
  • Ability to establish connections between process, systems, and automation strategies;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Solution and collaboration driven;
