Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient problem-solving.
  • Process guest reviews and feedback, suggesting action plans to improve our services and exceed customer expectations.
  • Prepare personalized approaches for VIP guests, showcasing our hotel's unique offerings and surprises.
  • Pitch in wherever necessary to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel.
