Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for integrating into our network, actively contributing to the realization of our clients' ambitions worldwide. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality sustainability assurance and reporting services to our clients, while also working on thought leadership, personal development, and content knowledge.

You will inspire, motivate, and coach teams, contributing to the larger group's development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with colleagues from different departments and countries on assignments for multiple international clients.
  • Managing teams and being responsible for daily operational management of large-scale sustainability assurance and reporting projects.
  • Acting as a linking pin between KPMG and the client, maintaining business contact with various stakeholders.
  • Leading teams where increasingly AI-supported tools are applied in operational tasks.
  • Contributing to and co-leading business development and conversations with clients on sustainability reporting and assurance topics.

Your key qualifications include an academic (WO) Master's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in the field of assurance and/or ESG, fluency in English, and commercial and conceptual thinking.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €120,000 per annum, profit distribution, a fixed expense allowance, and a home working allowance.
