Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Support Specialist to join our Group Legal Corporate & Regulatory Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, reviewing and managing documentation, and implementing efficient processes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Corporate Housekeeping: Prepare documentation, arrange legalization and apostille of documents, ensure necessary filings (e.g., Dutch Commercial Register), and maintain corporate standing.
  • Document Sign-Off Coordination: Manage end-stage review and sign-off processes for multiple documents (such as Powers of Attorney, Shareholder Agreements), guiding stakeholders through internal approvals and ensuring all required signatures are obtained.
  • Legal Research and Project Assistance: Contribute to legal projects on a case-by-case basis, utilizing your research skills to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Legal Entity Management: File documents and maintain the Legal Entity Management repository up-to-date.
  • Deadline Management: Track deadlines and manage calendars effectively to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide assistance to team members as needed, handling various projects and tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.

Requirements:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience: Up to 3 years of work experience in a legal administrative role; proven experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant preferred.
  • Skillset: Competent level of skill and familiarity with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn company-specific software and related legal applications.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; good written and verbal communication skills; ability to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
