Job Description

National Account Executive Healthcare

As a National Account Executive Healthcare at UPS, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships within your book of business, ranging from €2 million to €30 million in revenue. You will drive revenue growth and meet customer needs by identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of UPS Healthcare services, solutions, and technologies to translate them into customer value.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Solutions to evaluate and adjust solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor revenue commitments, manage target accounts, and participate in joint customer calls to present UPS products and services.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for service improvement and ensure UPS Healthcare's continued excellence.

What You'll Need

  • Ambition and drive to win with a hunter sales mentality.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not essential - Logistics/Supply Chain, Healthcare, or Business Economics preferred.
  • Minimum two years' complex selling experience ideally within pharma, medtech, or labs industry.
  • Strong verbal and written English and German Language Skills.
  • Flexible to travel within Europe.
  • Collaborating with other regions and time zones means you'll be flexible with working hours.
  • The ability to translate solutions and services into capabilities that meet customer needs.

  • Networking skills.
