Medtronic seeks an experienced Enterprise Accounts and Services Leader to spearhead strategic planning and execution for key customer accounts in the Benelux region. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategic plans to drive customer value and accelerate growth for Medtronic. Your role will involve fostering C-Suite relationships, coaching Strategic Account Managers, and ensuring alignment with revenue goals and cross-business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive Enterprise Accounts KPIs and revenue growth
- Coach, manage and lead talent for the EA&Services team
- Manage financial aspects, including revenue projections, SG&A, and profit
- Align Medtronic company-wide capabilities with priority customer needs for differentiated value
- Oversee pricing and tender management for Enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather local insights, track competition, and monitor market share
- Establish and lead local operating mechanisms, ensuring SAMs have strong account-level plans and operating mechanisms in place
- Develop and deliver integrated multi-year value creation and account/stakeholder plans, combining products and services
- Build and leverage senior relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Master's degree in business science, medicine or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in a regulated industry, preferably in Medical Device, Healthcare or Pharma
- Proven leadership and relationship management skills, with experience in organizational change and stakeholder management
- Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus
- Travel requirement: minimum 40% within Benelux, with additional travel within Europe as applicable
