Strategic Enterprise Accounts Director

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to spearhead strategic planning and execution for our key customer accounts in the Benelux region. As the Enterprise Accounts and Services Leader, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategic plans that drive significant customer value and accelerate growth for Medtronic. Your role will involve fostering C-Suite relationships, coaching Strategic Account Managers, and ensuring alignment with revenue goals and cross-business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive Enterprise Accounts KPIs and revenue growth.
- Coach and manage a team of Strategic Account Managers to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial aspects, including revenue projections, SG&A, and profit, to ensure business growth and profitability.
- Align Medtronic company-wide capabilities with priority customer needs to deliver differentiated value.
- Oversee pricing and tender management for Enterprise accounts to ensure optimal revenue realization.
- Monitor market trends, gather local insights, and track competition to stay ahead of the market.
- Establish and lead local operating mechanisms to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and present portfolio of offers and solutions to meet customer needs, drive growth, and enhance customer experience.
Must-Have Experience and Key Capabilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business science, medicine, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience or 8 years with an advanced degree.
- Proven experience in business management, with a track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, with French being a plus.
