Enterprise Accounts Leader for Benelux Region

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Accounts Leader to spearhead strategic planning and execution for our key customer accounts in the Benelux region.
Job Description- Drive achievement of Enterprise Accounts KPIs and develop strategic plans to drive significant customer value and accelerate growth for Medtronic.
- Craft and implement tailored solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging internal capabilities to enhance customer experience and drive growth.
- Lead a team of Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and foster C-Suite relationships to ensure alignment with revenue goals and cross-business opportunities.
- Oversee financial management, pricing strategies, and market insights to maximize Medtronic's presence in the Benelux countries and beyond.
- Develop and deliver integrated multi-year value creation and account/stakeholder plans that address customer needs and drive business results.
- Master's degree in business science, medicine, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years relevant sales experience for a bachelor's degree or minimum 8 years with an advanced degree. Business management experience in senior and complex roles is essential.
- Previous experience working in a regulated industry in Medical Device, Healthcare, or Pharma in a multinational environment with a significant matrix component.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
