Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support to customers in resolving pre- and post-sales technical issues related to product usage and hardware/software topics.
  • Coordinate internal resources and facilitate cross-functional team communication to find effective solutions for customer inquiries.
  • Offer valuable customer feedback to Product Management and Marketing Teams to enhance future product development and promotion strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will require a problem-solving mindset, on-site customer support skills, and exceptional technical presentation/communication abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English is essential, with a second European language (German, French, Dutch, or Spanish) highly desirable.
  • A degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or a related field like Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc. is preferred, but MBO level with relevant work experience is also considered.
  • Background and experience with PC or server architecture are necessary.
  • Familiarity with Ansible/Redfish/software system diagnostics is advantageous.
  • Experience with Linux OS is required.
  • Ability to lead technical investigations with engineers from multiple disciplines and excel independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Regular travel for on-site customer support is expected.
