Job Description: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in the Italian region. As an Account Manager for this area, you will be responsible for building relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and expanding our presence in the market.

Duties:
  • Taking ownership of inactive or abandoned quotes and following up on potential opportunities.
  • Independently acquiring new customers to drive business growth.
  • Developing and executing an acquisition plan for the Italian region.
  • Maintaining and enhancing relationships with key accounts across the region.
  • Traveling to visit clients and managing travel schedules.
  • Expanding product knowledge and market expertise.
  • Communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales as an independent Account Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in a commercial field.
  • Fluency in English (B2) and native-level Italian (C1).
  • Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Affinity with E-commerce and Business Intelligence.
  • Driver's license and ability to travel abroad.
  • Technical product knowledge not required but valuable if brought from existing network.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: €41,000 - €61,500 per year (based on full-time employment contract and holiday allowance).
  • Performance-dependent bonus of up to 6% of annual salary.
  • Opportunity to work partially from home with a daily allowance of €2.65.
  • Inclusive company culture and good working atmosphere.
  • 28 vacation days on a full-time basis.
  • Daily lunch provided.
  • Travel allowance (100% compensation for public transport) and pension scheme.
