Job Title: Client Service Legal Manager

At IQ-EQ, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Legal Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client activities, out-of-scope work, and organic growth of the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Director and Commercial Department to drive business development initiatives and achieve company goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to new joiners, acting as a mentor and role model to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, with a strong background in the investor services and outsourcing sector.
  • Excellent working knowledge of relevant standards, legislative, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across the organization.
  • Fluency in English, with Dutch preferred.
