Wat houdt de functie in?
Als International Financial Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie van meerdere buitenlandse entiteiten, waaronder verkoop- en inkoopagenten. Je maakt deel uit van een team van 11 collega's binnen de financiële afdeling.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het uitvoeren van alle administratieve taken voor de buitenlandse vestigingen, zoals het dagelijks verwerken van bankafschriften, facturen, betalingen en kasboekingen, evenals het beheren van maandelijkse creditcardoverzichten;
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met lokale adviseurs, waaronder accountants, belastingadviseurs en financiële instellingen;
  • Zorgen voor tijdige en correcte afhandeling van BTW-aangiften;
  • Ondersteunen bij de boekhouding van de hoofdonderneming, inclusief de reconciliatie van rekeningen;
  • Jaarlijks opstellen van de jaarrekeningen voor de toegewezen dochterondernemingen in samenwerking met lokale accountants;
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het maandelijks aanleveren van nauwkeurige en volledige periodieke rapportages (balans, winst- en verliesrekening en specificaties) van de toegewezen buitenlandse vestigingen.

Herken jij jezelf in het volgende profiel?

  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over een MBO/MBA diploma en heb je minimaal 5-10 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Je hebt ervaring met de volledige afhandeling van financiële administraties van afzonderlijke entiteiten, bij voorkeur in een internationale context;
  • Je bent bedreven in het gebruik van Excel;
  • Je hebt uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, doortastend en in staat om effectief te plannen en prioriteiten te stellen;
  • Je bent sociaal, nieuwsgierig, collegiaal en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
