Join Our Team as a Business Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Support Specialist to join our team at Arvato. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse locations and standardize operations for a highly automated client.
  • Implement, optimize, and manage processes operationally and systematically using SAP.
  • Analyze customer requirements and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement logistics concepts and project plans.
  • Provide analytical support to account managers to ensure a unified customer approach.
Your Profile
  • A relevant education at least HBO level in Logistics, Technology, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience with SAP and affinity with IT/ERP/WMS systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to explore logistics-engineering-automation solutions.
  • Advanced experience with MS Office, including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Teams.
  • Experience with project management methods such as PRINCE2 and Lean principles.
  • Proficiency in English and/or Dutch language.
