Job Title: Post Market Surveillance Manager

At Philips, we are seeking a highly skilled Post Market Surveillance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Fiber Optic RealShape (FORS) venture, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of our medical devices.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement post-market surveillance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with medical devices.
  • Lead the adaptation of established processes to meet the evolving needs of our FORS technology-based products.
  • Ensure alignment between risk assessment, management documentation, and correction and removal processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on complaint handling, engineering change orders, and regulatory submissions.
Requirements:
  • Rich experience in complaint handling and vigilance activities in a medical device environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory affairs, including EU MDR and QSR.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
