Job Summary
Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co.,ltd is seeking a skilled Pre-Delivery Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and condition of our machines before they are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections of new inbound machines, stored machines, and outbound shipments to identify any defects or issues.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and identify trends in issues discovered during the pre-delivery inspection process.
- Collaborate with our quality, production, and engineering departments to address any issues found during the inspection process and implement corrective actions.
- Install customer options in accordance with company specifications and assist in the development of new options.
- Support our field engineers and assist with the loading and unloading of containers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of new machine arrivals and machines that have completed the pre-delivery inspection process.
- Take corrective actions to ensure that on-hold machines are ready for delivery on time.
Requirements
- Experience in the heavy machinery industry, specifically with knowledge of the pre-delivery inspection process.
- Good working knowledge or experience of aerial work platforms/mobile elevating work platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A friendly, can-do attitude and a strong attention to detail.
