About the Role


We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our Global Business Change Management Solutions team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including timekeeping, expense claims, and credit card statements. They will also be responsible for maintaining various overviews and performing tasks to ensure our colleagues can function optimally.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Support in HR areas such as registering sick leave, approving leave requests, and handling employment matters.


  • Manage facility-related matters, including booking business trips, ordering office supplies, and hardware management.


  • Organize events, such as staff outings, meetings, and conferences.

Requirements



  • An education in management assistance, administrative work, or similar is a plus, but passion for the job is far more important to us.


  • Excellent command of Dutch and English languages.


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
