Role Overview

As an Administrative Specialist at DSV, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports our Global Business Change Management Solutions department. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, handling timekeeping and expense claims, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR functions such as registering sick leave, approving leave requests, and handling employment-related matters.
  • Manage facility-related tasks, including booking business trips, ordering office supplies, and maintaining hardware.
  • Organize events, meetings, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Education in management assistance, administrative work, or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
