About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our Global Business Change Management Solutions team at DSV in Sevenum.
As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including timekeeping, expense claims, and report preparation. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling HR-related tasks, and supporting facility-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Global Business Change Management Solutions team
- Manage timekeeping, expense claims, and report preparation
- Maintain accurate records and handle HR-related tasks
- Support facility-related matters, including booking business trips and ordering office supplies
Requirements
- Education in management assistance, administrative work, or similar
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
