We're on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team at Brainboss B.V. As a key player in our recruitment process, you'll be responsible for identifying top talent, screening candidates, and ensuring a seamless interview experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Initial Screening: Participate in the initial screening of resumes and applications, and conduct phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience by promptly responding to inquiries and providing updates on their application status.
  • ATS Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor insights, and best practices in talent acquisition to help optimize our recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Generate recruitment reports to analyze the effectiveness of sourcing methods and track the progress of recruitment campaigns.
  • Recruitment Campaigns: Assist in planning and launching recruitment campaigns targeted to attract and hire high numbers of applicants.
You're a Perfect Fit If:
  • You're a Bachelor or Masters student in your final stage of studying, with a background in Business Administration, HR, communication, sales, or a related field.
  • You're flexible and possess strong communication skills.
  • You're assertive and have strong convincing skills.
  • You're highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • You're a team player and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • You have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2 level) and preferably Dutch.
