About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Genmab. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment strategy and processes to attract top talent for our Netherlands site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to identify talent acquisition requirements and develop solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, phone screenings, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Implement global projects and processes to enhance our recruitment strength and candidate experience.
- Initiate and roll out various initiatives to improve recruitment processes and contribute to our employer branding strategy.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's or bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Approximately 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with a strong preference for experience in the life science industry.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Dutch proficiency is preferred, or at least knowledge of the Dutch labor market and its regulations.
- Experience in an international company, with an understanding of multicultural issues and a matrix management structure.
- ATS experience, preferably with Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
