Field Marketing Manager

Oracle's EMEA Applications Marketing team is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the front line of our field engagement activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across the entire marketing mix to build awareness, generate new business leads, and progress prospects through the funnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Applications marketing team to plan and manage the execution of marketing campaigns, including event planning, content creation, and campaign analysis.
- Work closely with sales stakeholders to ensure sales priorities are met within all marketing campaigns and activities.
- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Forecast and monitor ongoing lead attainment against target, working with the wider Marketing team to recommend appropriate actions to achieve and exceed expectations.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and events within a B2B organisation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with business-level English and a second European language.
- Attention to detail, follow-through, and deadline compliance.
- Strong project management skills and experience working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures.
