Job Description

As a Master Mariner at Rivertech, you will oversee the complete operation of our vessels. Your primary responsibility is to ensure safe and efficient passage from point A to point B. You will be responsible for commanding the ship's voyage with precision, maintaining equipment onboard, and resolving any issues that arise. Effective communication, quick decision-making, and seamless navigation are essential skills for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will oversee all vessel operations, including navigation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• You will efficiently manage multiple tasks, including administrative duties.
• You will develop and build strong teams.
• You will securely moor the ship and navigate through narrow spaces, such as locks, bridges, and rivers.
• You will take responsibility for the effective and safe operation of the vessel and its equipment, ensuring adherence to regulations.
• You will train new crew members in safety procedures.
• You will maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance in accordance with business guidelines.
