About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to join our Financial Risk Grid team, specifically the Future Model Landscape (FML) program. As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving impactful changes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders across departments, considering the evolving IT landscape.
  • Drive and oversee the execution of plans, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and representing the project in operational and steering committees.
  • Foster collaboration across the value chain, from Business colleagues to Reporting teams, ensuring a unified understanding and consistent progress.
  • Inspire teams to maintain a positive outlook and work cohesively towards sustainable solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years in relevant roles, preferably within large financial institutions.
  • University-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Expertise in project management, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of Capital Requirements Regulation.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch is highly preferred.
What We Offer
  • The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
