Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Entry Employee to join our team at Flowserve BV in Roosendaal. As an Order Entry Employee, you will play a crucial role in processing incoming orders from our customers in the Benelux region.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Review orders for completeness and accuracy
  • Match orders with quotations and discuss with Technical Support and Inside Sales departments
  • Enter customer orders in SAP and send order confirmations
  • Handle telephone or e-mail contacts with customers and create pre-notifications for return of goods
  • Creation of credit and/or debit notes and correcting invoices
  • Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Your Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with a secondary vocational education (MBO) and experience with order handling. Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel is also required. Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing is mandatory, and mastery of the French language is an advantage. You should be able to work accurately under pressure and have affinity with technology. Customer-oriented and proactive, you will be responsible for your team performance and provide a consistent high level of service to our customers.
