GGD Flevoland is een organisatie die zich inzet voor de gezondheid en veiligheid van de bevolking in Flevoland. Als Manager Bedrijfsvoering bij GGD Flevoland word je aangesteld om de bedrijfsvoeringsonderdelen te coördineren en te versterken. Dit doe je door samen te werken met de managers van de verschillende onderdelen, zoals P&O, Facilitaire Zaken, ICT&DIV en Financiële Administratie.

Jouw taken als Manager Bedrijfsvoering zijn onder andere het continueren en verbeteren van de kwaliteit, het versterken van de bedrijfsvoeringsonderdelen en het leidinggeven aan het managementteam bedrijfsvoering. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie tussen de verschillende onderdelen en de vertaling van het beleid van de directie naar de bedrijfsvoeringsonderdelen.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol heb je een aantal vaardigheden nodig. Je moet academisch werk- en denkniveau hebben en ervaring hebben als (eind)verantwoordelijk leidinggevende in een complexe organisatie. Je moet ook ervaring hebben met doorontwikkeling/veranderprocessen en budgetbeheer.

Als Manager Bedrijfsvoering bij GGD Flevoland word je aangesteld om de bedrijfsvoeringsonderdelen te coördineren en te versterken. Dit doe je door samen te werken met de managers van de verschillende onderdelen en door het continueren en verbeteren van de kwaliteit. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie tussen de verschillende onderdelen en de vertaling van het beleid van de directie naar de bedrijfsvoeringsonderdelen.

Het salaris voor deze functie is €8.123 bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek. Daarnaast word je beschikt over een thuiswerkvergoeding, vergoeding voor sportlidmaatschap en reiskostenvergoeding. De functie is ingeschaald in schaal 14 en is een fulltimefunctie.
