Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead our Customer Marketing efforts in the BENELUX region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial plans, managing portfolios, and driving in-store marketing activities across various channels and major customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new product launch plans, including distribution, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Analyze market data and identify shopper insights, translating them into actionable plans to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement activation plans for all brands, including e-commerce assets, promotional packs, displays, and other point-of-sale materials.
  • Develop trade presentations and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Support the Customer Marketing Lead in building accurate forecasts through the local Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Lead conversations and presentations with our regional marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Trade/Customer Marketing, Category Management, or Sales.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Native Dutch, fluent in English (both written and oral), and French is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within Europe.
  • Experience with market data analysis (AC Nielsen) and project management (in-store campaigns).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Strong presentation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Drive for results with a high degree of initiative and speed.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment and deal with ambiguity.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
