Documentation Specialist

Quest4 is seeking a skilled Documentist to join our team. As a Documentist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the documentation efforts for our enterprise application, Management of European Air Transport (MEAT). Your primary responsibility will be to review and assess the existing application views, screens, components, and functionalities, and create new or enrich existing requirements to document the as-is state.
Main Responsibilities- Document reality review and assess existing application views/screens/components/functionalities
- Verify existing extend and level-of-detail of corresponding documentation parts where applicable
- Create new or enrich existing requirements to document the as-is work
- Support other analytical, development, and testing activities
The ideal candidate will have experience in writing/rewriting software development-related user requirements from different requestor level perspectives. Additionally, proficiency in English (B2) and experience with tools like ATLASSIAN Confluence, Jira, or equivalent alternatives are required.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in designing and coding of web-based enterprise applications in Java
