Documentation Specialist

Quest4 is seeking a skilled Documentist to join our team and support the development of our enterprise application, Management of European Air Transport (MEAT). As a Documentist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the application's documentation is accurate, complete, and meets the required security standards.
Main Responsibilities- Review and assess existing application views, screens, components, and functionalities to identify areas for improvement.
- Verify the extend and level-of-detail of corresponding documentation parts and create new or enrich existing requirements as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to retrieve missing information and elicit requirements.
- Support analytical, development, and testing activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in writing and rewriting software development-related user requirements from different requestor level perspectives.
- Strong knowledge of web-based enterprise applications in Java and experience with tools like ATLASSIAN Confluence, Jira, or equivalent alternatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The Documentist will work in a dynamic and international team environment, collaborating with civilians and military personnel. The working language is English, and the candidate should have a minimum of B2 level in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
