About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Management Intern. As a key member of our HR Department, you will be responsible for supporting the team with various tasks, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with performance management procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR team with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records in our HRIS system.
  • Assist with performance management procedures and ad hoc HR projects.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Optimize current HR processes and support employee engagement projects.
  • On the Office Management side, ensure our office is a welcoming and productive space for all employees and guests.
  • Organize company and team events, maintain the kitchen and common areas, and ensure we have sufficient inventory.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
Requirements
  • You must be highly organized and have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities are required.
  • You must be a fluent English speaker and enrolled in university for the entire duration of the internship.
  • You must be available for at least 32 hours per week and live in or around Amsterdam.
  • You must be available for 5-6 months.
