As a key player in the Merchandising division, you will craft compelling offers that resonate with our customers. Your focus will be on performance-oriented and location-specific merchandising, ensuring that our product presentation and sales strategies are always top-notch.
You will take charge of enhancing the performance of various destinations within your designated area. This involves a deep dive into analytics and a critical assessment of past strategies to drive exceptional results moving forward. You will identify and prioritize experiences for enhancement, collaborate with cross-functional teams to address their needs, oversee execution, and provide updates on progress and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Develop action plans to meet targets for your destinations by identifying opportunities and challenges. Ensure that all supporting business teams are executing their tasks efficiently and escalate issues when necessary to maintain momentum. Implement short-term optimizations to boost conversion rates and profit margins, including pricing experiments, new bundles, and promotional offers. Generate innovative ideas and conduct tests to enhance performance, embracing a culture of rapid learning from failures. Continuously refine and update the Merchandising Guidelines and Golden Rules based on insights gained. Regularly monitor and analyze your market/domain, tracking progress towards team and organizational objectives, and reporting on key performance indicators. Utilize additional data sources, such as customer feedback and keyword analysis tools. Provide constructive feedback to product teams regarding the usage and implementation of upcoming features.Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce/category management, data analysis, or reporting. Experience with a high-traffic consumer-facing ecommerce platform. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies is advantageous. Proficient in business intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Qlikview, as well as site analysis tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and positive approach to initiating and leading analyses and research aimed at enhancing customer experiences. Skill in balancing ad-hoc analytical tasks with structured projects, demonstrating sound business judgment. Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience in generating actionable insights and recommendations based on analytical outcomes, with the ability to tailor communication to various audiences.
