Role Overview
We are in search of a Retail Visual Specialist who is eager to contribute to the success of our brand. We believe that exceptional customer service, combined with a strong brand experience, will enhance sales and profitability. The Retail Visual Specialist will play a crucial role in fostering outstanding customer service and brand representation within the store.
As a Retail Visual Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Executing visual guidelines accurately and punctually through effective planning and established routines.
- Assessing and enhancing visual merchandising knowledge among sales associates.
- Continuously sharing insights and developing team members to support brand growth and continuity.
Required Qualifications
This position necessitates strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills to meet objectives.
You should be adaptable, capable of implementing guidelines while adjusting them to various situations.
As an individual, you are communicative and maintain a positive outlook. A genuine interest in fashion is essential, along with the ability to translate this passion into effective commercial strategies. Previous experience in visual merchandising and proficiency in English are required.
