Role Overview
As a pivotal member of the Rituals design team, you will be responsible for crafting retail environments that align with our brand ethos and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative store designs that reflect the Rituals brand identity.
- Engage in feasibility assessments for potential retail locations, collaborating closely with the Real Estate and Construction teams.
- Create detailed store layouts, façade designs, and elevations, ensuring a seamless flow from concept to execution.
- Prepare multiple design options, incorporating feedback from stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Utilize design software to produce 3D models and visual presentations that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Participate in refurbishment projects to enhance existing stores, working in tandem with the Visual Merchandising department.
- Manage several design projects concurrently, maintaining high standards and meeting project timelines.
Collaboration and Communication
Throughout the construction phase, you will liaise with internal teams and external project managers, addressing technical inquiries and proposing creative solutions to design challenges.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in architecture or interior design, with a focus on retail environments.
- Proficiency in design software such as Vectorworks, Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Excellent communication skills in English, as our team operates in an international context.
